1. Shipping Logistics

At woodlicraft, we take great care in securely packaging our handcrafted items. We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders beneath this threshold, flat rate shipping of ₹99 applies across India. Orders typically dispatch within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

2. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and safely repacked in its original packaging. woodlicraft does not bear return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damage in Transit

If your wooden goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at woodlicraft@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the external box and the damaged product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7-10 business days. For cash on delivery orders, we will require your bank details for a direct bank transfer.
