What is collected

Contact details you enter into a form, order and delivery details when you buy something, and technical information your browser sends with every request, such as device type and approximate location.

Your basket is held in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device until you place an order.

Why it is used

To deliver orders, answer your questions, and improve how the site performs. Marketing messages are sent only where you have asked for them.

How long it is kept

Order records are retained for ten years to meet accounting obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them. Analytics data is aggregated after thirteen months.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires retention. Requests are answered within one month.
