Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the dispatch confirmation is sent, not when payment is taken. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. Payment is collected on delivery.

Returns

If a piece arrives damaged, contact us with photos as soon as you can and we will repair or replace it. Pieces made to a custom size cannot be returned, because they cannot be resold.

Intellectual property

Text, imagery, layout and code on this site belong to their respective owners. Nothing here grants a licence to reuse them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

Governing law

Indian law applies, and the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab, have jurisdiction.
